Tadcaster Housing

11 New houses designed in a rural village near York. A mix of detached  3 and 4 bedroom houses, 2 bedroom terrace  houses and 2 1 bed appartments in a barn conversion on the site. A  mix of traditional materials for roofs and walls  was requested by the planners to achieve a design that replicated a more historical pattern of growth on an infill site.
