Single storey extension to the rear of an early 20th Century house in conservation area. The contemporary design was welcomed by planners and clients as it opened up the back of the house making great improvements to the overall amenity of the property.

Conversion of Stables and Barn

Listed building in state of disrepair. With a grant from DEFRA, European funding and Escrick Park Estate, this building which had been in ruins for more than 100 years was restored.
